Highland Bloom Farm

What We Offer

Highland Bloom Farm is a family-owned agritourism destination in Northeast Oklahoma offering seasonal experiences that bring families together and connect visitors to farm life. The farm’s fall Harvest Festival features a pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayrides, kids’ activities, Highland cattle, photo opportunities, food vendors, and more. Highland Bloom also welcomes school field trips, providing hands-on opportunities for students to learn about agriculture, animals, crops, and where their food comes from. A spring tulip festival is also in the works, with more than 15,000 bulbs ready to be planted.

How We Got Started

Highland Bloom grew from a love of family, farming, education, and sharing the beauty of the country with others. The land holds special meaning for the family—Amber’s dad first leased the property in 1974 at age 14 to raise cattle for his FFA SAE project. After decades of cattle and crops, the land is now beginning a new chapter as Highland Bloom Farm. Amber and her husband, Dave, along with their children and parents, have each played a role in bringing the farm to life. Their vision is to create a place where families can reconnect, children can learn, and Oklahoma’s agricultural heritage can be celebrated for generations.

About the Owners

Amber and Dave are longtime educators with a passion for hands-on learning. Amber holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and has 15 years of experience as a teacher and school principal, while Dave holds an Ed.D. in Educational Administration and serves as a school superintendent. Their experience in education shapes Highland Bloom’s mission to make agriculture fun, accessible, and meaningful for visitors of all ages.
